Eligibility

Age is based on birth year only. For the 2026 season, 11 Under accepts players born in 2015 or later, 12 Under accepts 2014 or later, and so on.

Rosters

• Up to 20 players per team.
• 1 head coach, up to 4 assistant coaches and 1 team manager.
• A player may play for only one team per category per season.

Games

• 4 quarters of 10 minutes; 5-minute overtime.
• Timeouts follow FIBA: 2 in the first half, 3 in the second half (max 2 in the last 2 minutes), 1 per overtime.
• Team foul bonus from the 5th team foul in a quarter.

Standings and playoffs

• Win 2 points, loss 1 point, forfeit 0.
• Two-team ties: head-to-head result. Three or more: points quotient in games among the tied teams.
• Top 2 per group advance: A1 vs B2, A2 vs B1, then the final.
